1. Short-Distance Airport / Port / City Transfers

(e.g., Narita → Tokyo, Haneda → Tokyo, etc.)

• Free cancellation if made at least 24 hours in advance during business days and hours (09:00–18:00).

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled transfer will be fully charged with no refund issued.

Transfers To / From Hakuba

• If cancellation is made 96 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time, 90% of the total transfer fee will be refunded (10% handling fee applies).

• If cancellation is made within 96 hours, the full fee will be charged and no refund will be issued.

• For bookings involving multiple vehicles, continuous charter services, or multiple vehicles for the same trip, stricter cancellation policies may apply. Please contact us for details.

2. One-Day Tours & Car Charters

• Cancellations must be made at least 96 hours in advance.

• Cancellations within 96 hours of the scheduled time will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

3. Changes to Pick-Up Time or Pick-Up Location

(Short-distance Airport/Port/City Transfers — not including Hakuba)

• Requests to change pick-up time or location must be made at least 24 hours in advance during business days and hours (09:00–18:00).

• For Hakuba transfers, change requests must be made 96 hours in advance.

• We will accommodate changes if availability allows. If not, the service will proceed as originally booked.

• After one approved change, any additional changes or cancellations will incur a 100% transfer fee with no refund.

4. Refund Fees

• Any applicable refund processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

• All refund-related fees are borne by the customer.

5. Policy for Vehicles Above 9 Seats (18-Seater Microbuses & Larger Buses)

All policies above apply only to vehicles with 9 seats or fewer.
For 18-seater microbuses and larger buses, the cancellation, change, and refund policies are more strict.
Please refer to the specific cancellation policy provided in your quotation, as that policy will take precedence.
